In this day and age popularity and fame are quite literally everywhere. Anyone can achieve some level of fame, on practically any sort of social network they choose. However, it takes a lot of hard work, if you do it the honest way. Of course it is easy to buy your followers and masquerade a false showmanship… and as long as you keep it up, no one will know.
However, there are a few “famous” Instagrammers and Bloggers that I like to follow, they have kept their business relatale and are genuinely engaging in their content. I am a firm believer of supporting each other, specifically other women and I truly believe that these women have worked their way to the top and deserve all the support they can get!
My first “instagram crush” was Aggie Lal, who curates the blog “Travel in her shoes“, a travel blogger, youtuber and Instagrammer. I absolutely love her pictures, and she is so incredibly down to earth she makes you believe that you really are her best friend! She is incredibly open about her climb to the career that she has now. and is constantly answering questions about how to achieve what she has.
Now because many of these travel bloggers are often in the same place at the same time, they generally tend to meet up from time to time. Another one of my favourite travel bloggers, as well as an Instagrammer, is one of Aggies’ good friends Lisa Homsy , once again another woman to not only look up to but aspire to be! She is so much fun, and always keeps you in the loop.
Someone who I have actually only just started following, but am already in love with is Lauryn Evarts , she is a lifestyle blogger, and influencer, and she runs the blog/brand “The Skinny Confidential“. I love how she connects with people and the authenticity of her approach to everything. She challenges me to be better at what I want to do everyday. I also listen to all of her podcasts while I gym. (Brain food) She has turned a blog, quite literally into a brand, with podcasts, a book and so much more.
Another person who completely floats my boat with her honesty and humour is London based, Bethany Lauren, the curator of the lifestyle blog Beth Sandland. She has great tips about planning, running a blog from her personal perspective, and is incredibly open with her Instagram stories, anyone can relate to her guys, like really. It’s the best!
There are many many more inspirational woman out there, you just have to look. I, personally follow so many, “famous” and not famous people, all of them equally as inspirational as the next. Have a look at the ladies I have tagged, they will bring some colour, humour and professional advice into your life, and who doesn’t need more of that?!
I will be doing another blog post on bloggers that I find inspirational that are “less famous” as the ones that I have tagged above. Also if you have any suggestions on who else I can look up, please leave me a message, I always love finding new people to draw inspiration from!
